The room was spacious and clean. Location was good as it was easy and convenient for Grab taxis. I had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times. However, there are some coffee shops about 5 mins walk from the hotel and I had breakfast there most mornings. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up having to stay for a couple of weeks and my stay was very comfortable.

The staff were very polite, humble willing to land a hand to solve any of additional requests. I'm impressed from the guard,the receptionist the house keeping and the Division front office manager. All of them are very kind and helpful. I will repeat to stay at crystal crown Pj in future. Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome and services rendered to me when I was staying there. Please continue the excellent services for all your visitors.

13 floor is good, almost is connecting room. But due to my late booking, cannot get connecting room. Room no: 1310 is 1 king bed & 1 Single bed, suitable for 3 persons & not corner room and connected with 1309.

We booked this hotel because there was a wedding to attend in the Crystal Ballroom. Location, parking and the whole experience was nice. Room was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. It's nice that the Air-cond is manual control which enables us to switch it off or adjust the temperature accordingly which most hotels can't do so.

I like the room, especially the 'non-carpet' floor. I like the hotel's accessibility to other places. I like the cleanliness of the room. The internet is fast.

Location : strategic, easy to move around PJ, no heavy traffic in vacinity. Staff : understaffed but all of them are efficient and polite. Room : i stayed in junior suite, it is spacious, quiet, clean, and as advertised. Food : free breakfast starts from 6.30-10.30am. continental style. Foods are ok, i would recommend the nasi lemak. Overall : 8/10

reception was exceptional. restaurant was excellent. staff all round, including the gift shop, were tops. keep it that way and i'll stay with you guys everytime i am in malaysia

I travel to Petaling Jaya annually and I always stay at the Crystal Crown PJ. It is right next door to the customer, is centrally located to everything I need, rooms are always clean and breakfast and restaurants are excellent.
